To provide a true whole-life fitness experience, Mettler acknowledges the tremendous impact of mind-body activities such as yoga and Pilates. Regardless of your experience, age, or fitness level, we offer many different opportunities for you to experience change and improve your overall quality of life.

Group fitness classes are included in membership, but you don't have to be a member to take a class. Guests may enroll in a classes through the use of group fitness packages.

Barre Fusion (45 minutes)
This class is a fusion of barre exercises focusing on legs and upper body exercises using light weights. Pilates-based exercises and yoga poses are integrated for core strength, balance, and flexibility. A final relaxation helps with focus and mental clarity. Appropriate for all ages.

Barre (45 minutes)
Barre is a combination of Pilates, Ballet, and Yoga. You will use light equipment as you move throughout the class, focusing on different areas of the body. Your muscles will be worked to fatigue as you get stronger with each class. This class is suitable for all levels, beginngers to advanced! Precise. Proud. Balanced. Passionate. Enjoy this fun, energic class.

Chair Yoga (35 minutes)
This class will increase your flexibility, balance, and strength without you having to get up and down from the floor—or be upside down. Come enjoy the benefits of yoga: mental clarity, relaxation, and increased flexibility.

Gentle Yoga (60 minutes)
Calm your body and mind with traditional postures in a slow, relaxing format. Class emphasizes flexibility, poise, body alignment, and balance with modifications for a wide range of abilities. Yoga postures are presented with modifications and use of props to allow for a wide range of abilities and for the use of yoga in promoting recovery from injury. A class that is both restorative and challenging.

Hatha Yoga (60 minutes)
Encourages physical and spiritual growth through three of the eight “limbs” of Patanjali’s Ashtanga Yoga. The specific practice of asana (pose), pranayama (breath), and dhyana (meditation) is the core focus of this session, while building positive energy and enthusiasm. Practitioners of all levels are encouraged to attend.

Restorative Yoga (60 minutes)
Restorative yoga encourages mental and spiritual growth through three of the eight “limbs” of Patanjali’s Ashtanga Yoga. The specific practice of asana (pose), pranayama (breath), and dhyana (meditation) is the core focus of this session; which includes linking body and mind to the breath while building positive energy and enthusiasm. Practitioners of all levels are encouraged to attend and indulge themselves in this enlightening class!

Stretching & Body Alignment (30 minutes)
This class focuses on using yoga-type postures and stretching exercises to improve body alignment, poise, coordination, and flexibility. Movements will be coordinated with the breath, and relaxation will be emphasized. This class is especially beneficial for warming up or cooling down following exercise.

Pilates (30–50 minutes)
A popular mat-based, non-impact class for all fitness levels. Pilates teaches good posture and body awareness, as well as increasing core strength, flexibility, and agility.
