Fee-based classes are specialized classes that require a separate fee. You don’t have to be a member to participate.

Balance & Vestibular, Level 1 (60 minutes)
Enhance function of your muscular, nervous, proprioception and vestibular systems for improved posture, balance and movement with increased control of your body. Includes pre- and post-assessments to measure improvements and individualize program and twice-weekly vestibular training with a third day of practice on your own. Participants are encouraged to repeat Level 1 for improved balance. This is a fee-based class.

Balance & Vestibular, Level 2 (60 minutes)
Further improve your balance through strengthening exercises of core and lower extremity to provide increased stability to your whole body while performing tasks. Includes pre- and post-program objective testing to measure leg strength and twice-weekly vestibular and strength training with a third day of home exercise. Prerequisite of Level 1 and instructor approval required before moving to Level 2. This is a fee-based class.

Boot Camp (45 minutes)
Participants will be led through 45 minutes of heart-pumping, muscle-burning exercise in the great outdoors. Rain or shine—we'll use props, obstacles, body weight and more to get a killer workout. Prepare to be challenged, have fun, and get a little dirty!

Jazzercise® (60 minutes)
Jazzercise combines a great cardiovascular workout with resistance training and stretching that will increase your muscle tone, flexibility, balance, strength, and endurance using easy-to-follow movements. Each 60-minute class offers a blend of aerobics, yoga, Pilates, and kickboxing movements into fun dance routines set to fresh new music. For more information, please visit jazzercise.com. Mindful Meditation (60 minutes)
This beginner-friendly course will introduce the concept of mindful meditation and cultivate tools for mindfulness including breathing sequences, visualization, body scan practices, and concentration techniques. Each class will include specific mindfulness meditation tips and techniques, a guided meditate session, and time for reflection. At the end of the session participants will be equipped to integrate mindfulness into their daily lives and maintain their own meditation practice.

Tai Chi (60 minutes)
Perform slow, smooth, and gentle movements that integrate the mind, body, and spirit. Improve balance, strength, and flexibility. This class leaves you feeling relaxed and energized. An 8-week class.

Water Fitness (45 minutes)
in partnership with Clark-Lindsey and Indian Acres

Gentle on the joints yet an effective, energizing workout. Water Fitness is low-impact and perfect for those suffering from injury, osteoporosis, arthritis, balance issues, or anyone who loves the water! See the 2019 summer schedule at Indian Acres!
