Summer is a perfect time to try a new group fitness class, which is why we're offering many new classes this summer.
For those who crave the mind-body connection of yoga, we are introducing
Kripalu Yoga. Kripalu yoga emphasizes breath and creating energy within the body. It also allows the practitioner to choose the level of intensity.
We will also be offering
Flow Yoga this summer on Wednesdays, beginning June 9th.
Sundown Yoga, a six-week class, will be on offered on Mondays starting at 8 p.m. The class begins June 7th.
Our
Water Fitness class, which begins June 7th, is back. Held at Lincolnshire Fields Country Club, the class is offered weekdays. Members and non-members can purchase either a summer pass or a punch card to attend this class. Members receive discounts.
Those who are looking for an extreme strength and conditioning program, may be interested in Mettler Athletic's
Boot Camp. This extreme 8-week strength and conditioning program is for anyone and everyone looking for a challenge.
Also, since it's summer, several of your favorite classes will not be offered at their regular times or may be on hiatus until the fall.
