Mettler personal trainers strive to give you a professional and highly effective training experience. Our trainers hold a variety of national certifications, which allows us to address an array of health and wellness needs such as personal training, lifestyle coaching, and medical fitness. Personal Training Programs

One-on-One Training

Mettler’s personal training is designed to give you one-on-one assistance to help you feel and look your best. You will achieve results safely and effectively through a combination of cardiovascular exercises, resistance training, and flexibility exercises matched to your goals and abilities in a 45-minute session. Individualized motivation and accountability are what make this format a popular choice. Set goals with your trainer in order to stay accountable and on track with your progress. One-on-one training can be purchased as asingle session or in 5 or 10 packs.

Training2

Train with a friend or spouse for added support and accomplish goals together at a discounted rate. Training2 is perfect for those who enjoy working with a partner and also value the professional direction of a personal trainer. Whether fitness levels are similar or considerably different, a Mettler trainer can guide you both through appropriate routines that ultimately lead to reaching your goals. These 45-minute sessions can include cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility training. Training2 can be purchased as a single session or in 5 or 10 packs.

At Home Training

Do you have exercise equipment at home that you aren’t using or don’t know how to use? Do you need motivation and accountability to work out at home? Mettler’s At Home Training will teach and motivate you to use your home equipment safely and correctly. Our trainers will show you how to exercise at the right intensity for your fitness level and create a program that includes cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility training that can be done in the comfort of your own home. Our trainers will also show you how to keep your equipment budget under $50. At Home Training is not intended for ongoing training. This package includes five 45-minute training sessions.

Personal Training Membership

Are you set on joining or already a member but want the motivation and accountability of a trainer built conveniently into your membership? Receive a reduced rate on personal training (compared to package prices), reserve your favorite appointment time, and eliminate the need of repeatedly purchasing packages. Policies

Appointment Policy

A client who fails to appear for a scheduled training appointment or who cancels an appointment without a minimum of 24-hour advance notice will be charged for that appointment or deducted a session from their personal training package. This policy also applies to program development sessions, as well as your initial orientation sessions. Without a minimum of 24-hour advance notice, you will lose that session.
